AutoTecknic uses an advanced autoclave pre-preg carbon fiber structure that provides superior stiffness, aerospace strength, and durability compared to traditional hand-laid carbon fiber composites. Dry carbon fiber is the highest-quality version of carbon fiber products, formed using a “pre-preg” or impregnated piece of carbon materials that is vacuum sealed (autoclave) to cure. This method creates a lighter version of carbon than the “wet” method, with fewer pinholes and virtually no air pockets in the carbon.
Every new product undergoes rigorous tests and quality control to ensure top-notch quality. Installation is hassle-free and takes no longer than 20 minutes as no drilling is required.
